We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR OUTPUTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASOASIS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE PROVIDER ACTIONS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASOasis Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASOasis Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
