ASOasis Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Oasis mobile application, Intimate AI, AstroAI, SocialCraft, FeedbackFlow, and related apps, websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Some of our Services include AI-powered features that process data through third-party AI service providers. We collect Personal Data when you create an account, use our Services, submit forms, contact support, or interact with AI-powered features within our apps.

This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type and version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Usage Data is collected automatically through our analytics providers, including Microsoft Clarity, which records user interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and session behavior to help us improve the Services. No personally identifiable information is intentionally captured by these analytics tools.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Several of our Services include AI-powered features (e.g., AI chat, content generation, personalized recommendations, and astrology insights). When you use these features, certain data may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing.

What Data Is Sent

When you interact with an AI-powered feature, the following data may be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider:

• Text inputs, prompts, and messages you submit to AI-powered features

• A unique session or user identifier (anonymized where possible) to maintain conversation context

We do not send your email address, phone number, payment information, or other account credentials to third-party AI service providers unless explicitly required for the feature and disclosed to you at the time of use.

Who Receives This Data

Depending on the specific Service and feature, your data may be processed by one or more of the following third-party AI service providers:

• OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) — for natural language processing and content generation
• Google AI / Gemini (Google LLC) — for AI-powered analysis and generation features
• Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC) — for conversational AI features

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data protection practices. We require that all third-party AI service providers we work with provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy. User Consent

Before your data is sent to any third-party AI service provider, we will request your explicit consent. You will be presented with a clear disclosure explaining what data will be shared and with whom, and you must affirmatively agree before the data is transmitted. We contractually require these providers to not use your data for training their models without your separate, explicit consent. We recommend reviewing the data retention policies of the relevant AI service providers listed above.

ASOasis Technologies uses the collected data for various purposes, including but not limited to:

• To provide and maintain the Services

• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services, including AI-powered features

• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Services
• To monitor the usage of the Services

All third-party providers listed above are contractually required to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy. They are obligated to use your data only for the purposes specified and not for any other purpose.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. This includes data transmitted to third-party AI service providers whose servers may be located in different jurisdictions. • Cookies: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
• Analytics: You may opt out of Microsoft Clarity tracking by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@asoasis.tech.
• Data Access: You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct or update inaccurate data by contacting us at support@asoasis.tech.

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Services.

Our Services may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of any third-party sites or services.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
